Released in 2019, ‘Cows On Hourglass Pond’ is the third solo studio album by Avey Tare, a.k.a Dave Portner of American experimental pop group Animal Collective, featuring the singles Saturdays (Again), Taken Boy and HORS_.

The album was recorded directly onto a TASCAM 48 half-inch reel-to-reel tape machine at Laughing Gas studio in Asheville, North Carolina, and mixed by Portner and Adam McDaniel at Drop of Sun Studios, in Asheville, NC.

Pressed on Classic Black Vinyl.
