Caspar is the moniker of Chris Ballew from Seattle rock and roll band, The Presidents of the United States of America. 

After becoming inspired by the work of his wife, collage artist Kate Endle, Ballew took his music to the kids, and created a sound fused with folk, nursery-pop, rock and a whole lot of fun!
