“Coldstream Road” is e4444e’s second studio album, originally released in 2020. e4444e (a.k.a Romy Church) finds the term ‘experimental’ tough to grapple with. It seems like most electronically-based musicians get pigeonholed with this generic label these days. e4 has never been content travelling in the middle of the road, and his persistent search for new soundscapes and textures is what brings such awe and wonder to his compositions.

“Coldstream Road” is arguably one of e4444e’s best bodies of work to date, containing some of their most popular songs to date such as “Wind Nocturne” and “Lukedrivesby”  This album is a must have for any fan of the ambient scene.
