The first of these two artworks Project Poseidon, originally featured in Empire City features a mermaid trapped in an undersea facility contained in tank, surrounded by foreign technology.  Lurking out in the deep green ocean, the tentacles of something much fiercer appear ready to aid her in her plight.

The Lady of the Lake Fine Print we see a woman sinking deep in to a watery environment with curious fish and strangling reeds surrounding her.  Her fate uncertain, a flash of red is the only colour in the otherwise murky blues and blacks of the water as it surrounds and envelops her.
