At the heart of a garden stands a tree bearing the juiciest fruit known to man. A serpent slithers towards a woman, coiling around her and whispering deceit into her ear. Entranced by the beauty and allure of the fruit, she took a bite.

The Fall of Man receives a fresh reinterpretation in this collaborative piece by JPK and Mighty Jaxx. With a dual approach, Mighty Jaxx designed and sculpted Eve, holding the forbidden fruit, while JPK weaves her story through intricate full-body tattoos. These tattoos depict pivotal moments from the tale—the birth of man, the breath of life, her creation from Adam’s rib, and the serpent’s temptation in the Garden of Eden. Adorned with traditional tattoo motifs, such as apple blossoms, fig-trees, and maple leaves, every detail reflects the symbolic elements of Eden’s story.

This unique portrayal of the Fall is unlike any retelling you’ve seen before.

About the Artist:

Jon-Paul Kaiser in an artist living in the heart of the UK. His work is renowned for the meticulous detailing of his hand-painted tattooed toys, as well as his stark use of light and shade and an understated palette. The intricate tattoo graphics upon the figures weave tales of adventure and the characters heritage, as well as references to history, art and pop culture.
