Royel Otis, the genre-blurring guitar-pop duo from Sydney, return with a special 2025 repress of their debut album Pratts & Pain, now reissued as the It Ain’t Over Til it Ends Edition on opaque blue coloured vinyl.

Formed in 2019 by Royel Maddell and Otis Pavlovic, Royel Otis have carved out a distinct sound blending indie pop, post-punk, new wave and psychedelic rock. Produced by Grammy Award-winner Dan Carey (Wet Leg), Pratts & Pain captures the energy of a band hitting their stride, with the album debuting at #1 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart and #10 on the ARIA Albums Chart overall.

The updated edition includes three new tracks — “Til The Morning”, “Claw Foot” and “Merry Mary Marry Me” — recorded during the same sessions and pressed in Australia via Ourness. This version comes housed in a single pocket sleeve with a printed inner sleeve.

Named after Pratts & Payne, the South London pub where lyrics were written and decisions were made during their recording sessions, the album is a time capsule of the band’s creative process and quick rise to indie acclaim.
