“Deep States” is Tropical Fuck Storm’s third studio album, originally released in 2021. Tropical Fuck Storm are an Australian band from Melbourne, Victoria, formed by Gareth Liddiard and Fiona Kitschin from The Drones. Lauren Hammel, from the band High Tension, plays drums, and Erica Dunn, Harmony, and Palm Springs, plays guitars, keyboards, and other instruments. Their sound is characterised by elements of art punk, noise rock and experimental rock.

“Deep States” is one of Tropical Fuck Storm’s best bodies of work to date, with many fan favourite songs on the album such as “New Romeo Agent,” and “G.A.F.F.” This album is a must have for any fan of the alternative post-punk scene.
